Please read through everything before submitting a commission request with me!

All Commissions requests are to be submitted on Vgen

GENERAL

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable doing, or I feel I will not be able to accomplish

  • If you have any questions please contact me

PAYMENT

  • I request full payment up front before commission start

  • I am open to 50/50 split payment - but would need to be contacted about it ahead of time

REVISIONS

  • On all Illustration services I offered revisions and reviews

  • There are no reviews on Surprise me/Skeb services - only a final review for minor accuracy tweaks ONLY

  • Major revisions allowed at sketch stage at no extra cost - I want you happy with your artwork!

  • Minor revisions only after sketch approval, major revisions after sketch has been approved will incur additional cost (Cost will be based on how major a revision is. I will always be upfront about any additional costs along the way)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Commissions typically take me about 1-2 weeks to finish once started. I guarantee Final Image delivery within 1 month of commission start

  • A rush fee will be applied for works needed in less than 3 days on my Illustration services only

USE

  • All Art is for personal use

  • Please credit me when posting my work

  • You may use my art for keychains/prints/badges for personal use ONLY unless paying for merchandise use

  • For monetized content, there is a 20% fee added to all services (Youtube/vtuber content)

  • For Merchandise to be sold, there is a 100% fee to all services

  • Do not use my art for NFTs/AI learning

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I retain all rights to my works and may use them for portfolio/samples/self promotions and may post them on my socials

  • Please indicate in your request if I cannot share your artwork for any reason

Refunds

  • If you cancel the commission after work has started, you will only receive a 50% refund

  • If you cancel work before any work has been started, a full refund will be given

  • If I need to cancel your commission for any reason, I will provide a full refund

Workflow

To start

  • Submit your commission request on my vgen

  • Your request should include any relevant information you think I need to create art for you! Details about poses you want, info on your OC's mannerisms, lore for the world you've built, etc.

  • Upon Commission approval, I will begin a sketch that I will share with you

Once I have sent the sketch, I will wait to hear back from you for approval or for any revisions you may want. These sketches are greyscale and do not have perfect line work. If you ever need anything clarified at this step, do not hesitate to reach out to me! I want to make sure we are on the same page for your artwork
After sketch approval, I will work on lineart and base colors

After approval, I will finish artwork

Final Delivery

I will share finished artwork with client before final delivery for any more tweaks you may need
After that, Final image delivery!
